Family Law Attorney
We are thrilled to have Marty working with us as “of counsel” in family law matters. She has been practicing family law in various capacities since 2010. A past member of the Arizona Family Rules Committee for the State Bar, Marty has also worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Child and Family Protection Division, Child Support Services.
Marty graduated from Northern Arizona University summa cum laude in 2003 and from law school in 2008 where she also participated in the Phoenix Law Review and the Mediation Clinic. In 2009, Marty was recognized by the Volunteer Lawyers Program for her pro bono work serving the underprivileged and she is also a past contributing writer to Arizona Law Help on the topics of family law and juvenile law. In her free time, Marty enjoys outside adventures in Arizona including backpacking and skiing.
